2014年1月20日“健康物联网技术研发与应用”论坛在清华大学医学院医学科学楼举行，北京易康盛世科技有限公司董事长唐明全应邀参加并讲话。
论坛将主要围绕“全人全程全方位”健康管理目标，分析当前健康管理中存在的健康信息缺少共享、健康指标缺少持续监控和管理等问题，提出 一种新的“个人—家庭—社区—医院”四级智能健康管理服务模型，构建智能健康管理的硬件架构与软件服务体系，利用多源实时数据采集、移动传感、云计算、多网融合技术等方法，实现对健康数据进行方便、快捷、有效地持续监控和智能管理，满足未来卫生与计划生育体系多层次的健康需求、解决个人数据的安全性和隐私保护等问题，达到集成共享、知识发现服务、区域化、多级多中心、全人全程全方位的实时互动健康管理目标，探索健康产 业化模式；并在北京市、天津市、上海市、江苏省开展应用示范。

Mr Larson has been active in healthcare since 1973. He started as a RN in Intensive care but has since then held managerial positions on different levels of regional- and national healthcare in Sweden.
He has studied Healthcare- and Business-administration at the University of Stockholm and at the Gothenburg Business School. He holds a Master degree in Health Information Management from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Mr Larson has also participated in national and international management programmes, among them the Top Manager Programme (TMP) at the King•s Fund in the UK in 1997. He has published articles and studies on methods of reimbursement in healthcare, medication management as well as books on basic use of Personal Computers.
For ten years, until 2000, he served as CEO of the acute care Hospitals in Sandviken and Gvle in Sweden. During that period he was also responsible for the successful merger-process between the two hospitals, involving a staff of 3000 and an annual turnover of 300 million. In 2000 he was appointed CEO of Carelink a new Swedish organisation with a mission to promote collaboration and facilitate the use of IT in healthcare. In 2003 the European Commission awarded Carelink the first eEurope Award for its accomplishments on National Health networks. In November of 2004 he joined Oracle as Senior Business Development Director for healthcare in the Nordics. This position he held until December 2008.
Mr Larson served as president of EHTEL the European Health Telematics Association, during 2004-07. In addition he held the position as honorary treasurer of EHMA - the European Health Management Association during 2003-2006. He currently is the acting Chairman of the Board of the Swedish Medicinal Products Agency (Lkemedelsverket) and sits on the board of the state-owned Service-company owner of the IT-infrastructure for pharmacies. He is chairman of the European American Business-Council eHealth-committee and engaged in several ongoing, EU-funded, R&D project-activities.

Assoc. Prof. Ping Yu is a leading international researcher on e-health for aged care. She is the director of Health Information Technology Research Centre in Faculty of Engineering and Information Sciences, the University of Wollongong, Australia. Her research focus is (1) the critical factors determining the success or failure of diffusion of e-health innovations in health and aged care; (2) strategies and practices for the successful introduction of e-health systems and (3) e-health outcome measurement. She is highly regarded by aged care sector in Australia and internationally for contribution to knowledge and evidence that has promoted the adoption of innovative e-health initiatives in the aged care sector in Australia to improve the quality and efficacy of care for the older people. She was awarded Don Walker Award by Health Informatics Society, Australia for contributing to access technology by aged care sector in the country in 2008.
Assoc. Prof. Ping Yu is a multi-disciplinary researcher with education in biology and computer science. As an educator of information systems and technology, she understands both the technical aspects and managerial issues with the application of information and communication technologies in business and the importance of alignment of technology with business for value realisation. As a passionate e-health researcher, she is fluent in system analysis and evaluation. She is highly experienced in evaluating e-health in action in natural setting, using both quantitative and qualitative research methods in natural setting. She uses multiple methods to generate evidence from different data sets and stakeholders, and triangulate evidence to generate knowledge. The research methods she used include questionnaire survey, interview, focus group discussions, observational studies and health records auditing.
To date, Assoc. Prof. Yu has delivered more than 20 e-health projects for hospitals, primary health care, public health, aged care organisations and technology companies. She has published 33 peer-refereed international journal papers and 29 peer-refereed conference papers, 1 book and 11 book chapters in the field of e-health. The journals she has published include International Journal of Medical Informatics, Methods of Information in Medicine, Journal of Telemedicine and Telecare, Journal of Advanced Nursing and Journal of Clinical Nursing.
Assoc. Prof. Ping Yu’s achievement in research supervision is recognised by a best supervisor’s award issued by Vice Chancellor of the University of Wollongong in 2012. She has supervised to completion 3 PhD and 7 Research Masters students. Currently she supervises 5 PhD and 1 Research Masters students.

余萍教授善长于采用多学科，多元研究法对信息技术在卫生养老领域的应用进行全方位的综合评估； 包括定量问卷调查，数据质量分析，定性访谈和专题组讨论，及对人机交互的认知过程进行实地跟踪观察分析，等等。研究结果将对卫生及养老信息化的过程及成果提供实证，以支持卫生及养老信息化决策和运作模式的建立，优化和推广， 促进信息技术在卫生及养老领域的无缝渗透。
余萍教授在澳洲从事卫生及养老信息化研究十年，从事的项目包括国家基金支助项目，对世界卫生组织，联邦政府，州政府，医院，卫生信息公司及卫生养老部门信息建设项目的研究及咨询。她崇尚合作，听取各方意见，保持良好的人际沟通；具有丰富的经验组织开展大规模的，半实验性的实地信息技术推广，应用评估。擅长将评估的方法，过程及效应发表于顶级的国际学术期刊。

Dr. Jing Liu: He is a professor with the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Department of Biomedical Engineering of Tsinghua University (THU). Dr. Liu received his B.E. degree in Power Engineering and Control and B.S. degree in Physics in 1992, and Ph.D. in Thermal Science with specialty on biomedical engineering in 1996, all from THU. He then served as assistant professor at THU, a postdoctoral research associate at Purdue University, and a visiting scholar at MIT. He has been a professor with the CAS since July 1999. Dr. Liu has authored nine popular books on cutting edge frontiers (one of which has been reprinted five times), fifteen invited book chapters, and over three hundred peer reviewed journal papers. Quite a few of his researches were frequently featured by worldwide science media.
Dr. Liu’s research interests include mobile health technology, printed electronics, bioheat and mass transfer, and micro/nano fluidics. He contributed significantly to the bioheat transfer area through numerous conceptual innovation, methodology development and technical inventions. His work was also fully reflected in energy related area where he pioneered a series of non-conventional technologies especially the liquid metal based biomedical technology, and printed electronics. He is a recipient of Best Paper of the Year Award from ASME Journal of Electronic Packaging, the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars of China, National Science and Technology Award for Chinese Young Scientist, and five times highest teaching award from CAS etc.

Dr. Lu completed his PhD study in analytical chemistry (1990-1994), Department of Chemistry, Peking University. He moved to Jiangsu Family Planning Research Institute in 1997 after retiring from military service for over 17 years. Since then, he has worked in reproductive health and reproductive immunology related areas. In 2006, he was appointed as chief of Research Management Section at Jiangsu Family Planning Research Institute. He got full research professorship of reproductive immunology/reproductive health in 2012. Dr Lu became a permanent membership of the Chinese Society for Immunology since 1997 and served as associate chief editor of the National Journal of Andrology (2000-) and editorial committee member of Chinese Journal of Family Planning (2011-).
His recent research activities include (1) Long term health benefits of male circumcision for males and their female partners; (2) immunological aspects of reproductive tract infections and immune infertility; (3) Standardization of semen analysis in andrology laboratories. Dr. Lu has published over 40 papers in scientific journals.
吕年青，男，1963年出生，北京大学分析化学专业博士研究生结业（1990-1994），1997年退役至江苏省计划生育科学技术研究所从事生殖健康和生殖免疫学相关研究，2006年至今任江苏省计划生育科学技术研究所科研科科长。2012年获得生殖免疫学/生殖健康专业研究员资格。中国免疫学会终身会员（1997～），Asian Journal of Andrology通讯编辑(2005～2011)，《中华男科学杂志》副主编(2000～)、《中国计划生育学杂志》编委(2011～)。

Dr. Ying Su is an associate professor at Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China (ISTIC) which is the biggest National Engineering and Technology Library in China and lead directly to Ministry of Science and Technology of People Republic China (MOST). He was a visiting professor at University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) where he participated two healthcare projects sponsored by the US Government of State Arkansas. He was also a visiting scholar of in the area of eHealth at the University of Southern Queensland and University of Queensland in Australia.
During his study in Tsinghua University which is top 1 in China and No 40 in the world, Dr. Su was awarded the best graduate students from the Department of Precision Instruments and Mechanics and Department of Industry Engineering respectively. From 2006 to 2008, he engaged in the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University as an assistant professor, and won the title of Excellent Postdoctor of Tsinghua University.
Dr. Su was project managers of many projects at national, provincial and ministerial levels, and also joined two applications from Australian Research Council (ARC) with USQ faculties. He is also an author of more than 60 scientific and research papers and more than 10 papers are co-author with USQ researchers and an examiner of the Doctor of Business Administration degree at USQ. He is an editor of many national and international Journals. His current research interests include Data & Information Quality (DIQ), Hospital Process Modeling, e-health/Telemedicine, healthcare informatics, Green IT, Cloud Computing and Virtualization, Broadband Wireless Access, Performance Measurement & Control, Discrete-event Modeling and Simulation, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Agile Manufacturing, Advanced Planning and Scheduling, Quality Function Deployment (QFD), and Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP).
